Puff pastry leeks

Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 leek
- 100 g bacon
- 1 tablespoon fresh cream
- 30 g grated gruyère or goat cheese -
- 1 egg yolk
- pepper
- nutmeg
Preparation of the recipe:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mince the leek into slices after washing it thoroughly. Discard in a non-stick pan with a little water. Cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat and covered, stirring occasionally.
When they are tender, put them aside. Add a tablespoon of crème fraiche and gruyere grated, pepper and nutmeg (do not dale because of bacon) Put the bacon to cook a few minutes and add them to the preparation.
Roll out a puff pastry and cut two quarts, which will be used to make two puff pastries.
Arrange the preparation in the center of each piece of dough and fold in order to close the laminated.
Brush with an egg yolk
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Notes:
Ideal for a light meal in the evening, accompanied by a green salad. To cut out and shape my circles, I used the small utensil from Tupperware.
