Cake roquefort and grapes

- 200 g of flour

- 200 g of cream
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of Roquefort
- 70 g of raisins
Preparing the recipe:
Soak the raisins in a cup of hot water.
Preheat the oven to 210 ° C
Mix the flour, yeast and whole eggs in a bowl and add the Roquefort in small pieces and the cream.
Drain the grapes and incorporate them into the dough.
Butter a cake tin and pour in the preparation, then put in the oven by lowering the thermostat to 6 or 180 ° C.
