Hamburger à la normande

Ingredients (2 Portions):
For brioche breads with grapes:
- 1 1/2 sachet of baker's yeast
- 300 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 15 g salted butter
- 10 cl milk
- 3 tablespoons salt - 3 tablespoons raisins
sauce:
- 1 can of concentrated tomato sauce
- tabasco
- chilli pulp
- salt
- pepper
For filling:
- 250 g of ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon (not put) - salt
- 1 quarter of granite apple
- 1 quart of raw camembert cheese
Preparation of the recipe:
Preparing the brioche breads:
Mix the flour with the salt. Mix the yeast in the warm milk. Add to the flour then add the egg and butter. Knead the mixture. Let stand in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Once the dough is up, add the raisins and mix gently. Separate the dough into two balls. Put each ball of bread in cookie cutters. Flatten the dough slightly. Bake the dough in the cookie cutters at 180 ° C for 20 min.
Prepare the sauce:
Heat the concentrated tomato sauce in a small saucepan. Add 5 cl of water, a tablespoon of tabasco, a teaspoon of chilli pulp, salt and pepper. To adjust by tasting.
To prepare the filling:
To mix the minced meat with the cinnamon. Separate the meat in two equal parts and divide it into two cookie cutters (same size as those used to make the bread).
Flatten the meat and cook the 2 steaks in a pan. Stop cooking before the steaks are fully cooked. Cut the apple quarter into very thin slices. Cut the quarter pie in thin slices.
Assemble and train:
Cut the rolls in half and brush the bottom of the loaves with 2, 3 spoonfuls of spicy tomato sauce. Place a steak on each bread base. Put 4 slices of apple on each steak. Put 3 slices of camembert on the apple slices. Add spicy tomato sauce. Cover with bread hats (top slice of bread). Put everything in the oven at low temperature. Stop the cooking when the camembert is melted and the hot meat.
We can add green salad, but frankly, it already looks good in the belly .....
